General Conditions of Online Sales B2C
- These terms govern online sales by Weingut Pfitscher simple agricultural partnership, with registered office at 39040 Montan (BZ), Dolomitenstr. 17, VAT No. 03061060210, registered with the Bolzano Companies Register under No. BZ228731.
- The following terms apply to orders placed through the websites www.pfitscher.it, shop.pfitscher.it and club.pfitscher.it.
- The General Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The version published at the time of purchase shall apply.
The following is agreed:
§ 1. Subject of the contract
The Seller offers wines and related products for sale to end consumers through the aforementioned websites. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website; images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.
§ 2. Conclusion of the contract
- 2.1 The contract is concluded upon full completion and submission of the order form and confirmation by email.
- 2.2 Pre-contractual information pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (price, delivery time, payment methods, right of withdrawal, etc.) is clearly displayed.
- 2.3 Purchases are permitted only to customers of legal age.
§ 3. Prices
- All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
- Shipping and delivery costs are shown separately before the completion of the purchase.
- Customs duties and taxes for deliveries to non-EU countries shall be borne by the buyer.
§ 4. Payment methods
- Payment must be made in advance, either by credit/prepaid card or bank transfer.
- No additional fees are charged.
§ 5. Shipping and delivery
- Delivery is carried out by an appointed courier to the address provided by the customer.
- The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- All deliveries include an invoice, any required transport documents, and informational material.
§ 6. Liability
- No liability is accepted for events of force majeure or internet disruptions beyond the Seller’s control.
- No liability is accepted for misuse of payment data by third parties, provided that reasonable care has been taken.
- The statutory warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 applies.
§ 7. Right of withdrawal
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without providing any reason.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer; the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days (excluding shipping costs).
§ 8. Communication
Questions, complaints, or other communications must be sent to info@pfitscher.it. Communication shall take place via email to the address provided by the customer.
§ 9. Data protection
The privacy policy can be consulted at any time via the “Privacy Policy” link on the website. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.
§ 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
- Italian law shall apply.
- For any disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions, the court having jurisdiction shall be that of the Seller’s registered office.
